I have 19 years of experience leading, designing, and delivering meaningful digital experiences for some of the world’s most ambitious organisations. I’m guided by a simple belief: great design starts with empathy. I’m a designer at heart, a leader by experience, and obsessive about problem-solving. My goal is simple: to create products and services that bring clarity, ease and delight to people’s lives.
My experience ranges from long-term, client partnerships to fast-paced Design Sprints. I’ve honed my skills through close collaboration with client teams spanning public, private, financial, health and charity sectors.
As Creative Director at CXPartners, I led high-profile work for clients such as Google, The Co-operative Bank, RAC, and Samaritans. I built and mentored teams of UX, UI, and product designers, and was responsible for the quality of all creative output.
I developed CXPartners’ brand testing framework, giving teams a structured way to validate ideas through real user feedback. My approach drove a 43% uplift in engagement for Talk to Frank.
Outside of work, I’m usually running, making music, or being a dad — all of which challenge and inspire me like design does. Plus, they keep me well and truly on my toes.
